Accessibility Statement for Afterspa landing pages

This is an accessibility statement from AFTERSPA.

Measures to support accessibility

AFTERSPA takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Afterspa landing pages:

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.

  • Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

  • Appoint an accessibility officer and/or ombudsperson.

  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.

  • Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.

  • Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods.

  • We have decided to use Navilens Accessible QR code. The NaviLens Accessible QR Code can be read from much further away, within an angle of up to 160 degrees and on the move. This allows its use without the need to focus or frame the code on the mobile screen. The user does not need to know exactly where the codes are and can therefore be used by blind or vision impaired people. In addition, the user experience is much more satisfactory as it is much faster and easier to use.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Afterspa landing pages is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

Additional accessibility considerations

Although our goal is WACG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we have decided to use Navilens Accessible QR code.
